UAT Quality Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UAT Quality Analyst Lead to oversee User Acceptance Testing initiatives in a multi-functional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT efforts for complex, multi-team projects, owning all business-related testing activities
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional test plans
• Monitor UAT progress, manage blockers, and communicate status to project and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in business, health insurance, or healthcare industries
• 7+ years of experience defining/analyzing business requirements and executing acceptance testing
• At least 2 years leading UAT efforts for multiple complex corporate projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance domains; Facets experience preferred
