UAT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UAT Support Engineer to support and maintain UAT environments for enterprise .NET-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain UAT environments for .NET-based applications
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute UAT testing
• Research and troubleshoot issues involving APIs, batch processing, and data validation

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in application support, QA, or UAT support
• Must have SQL skills for troubleshooting and validation
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, LogicMonitor or similar)
• Understanding of UAT processes and testing methodologies
• Working knowledge of .NET applications and REST APIs preferred
