UAT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time UAT Systems Analyst will analyze business processes and data, support personal insurance products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business process and data analysis to improve system performance and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Utilize knowledge of personal insurance products to support underwriting and claims processes

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a systems analyst
• 1-2 years of experience as an insurance underwriter preferred
• Strong understanding of personal insurance business, including products and coverage
• Experience in business process and data analysis
• Proficiency in using multiple software applications and navigating various databases
