UAT Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UAT Team Lead to manage all aspects of User Acceptance Testing for the Georgia Access platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UAT strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements
• Lead the coordination and execution of UAT across multiple teams, overseeing defect management and testing initiatives
• Liaise with stakeholders to align testing goals and provide regular reporting on test progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/UAT experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in cloud-based SaaS systems and API/system integration testing
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and project lifecycle management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or Cypress
