UAT Test Lead

Job Summary

Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, the remote UAT Test Lead will coordinate and execute UAT activities, ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and timely issue resolution on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead UAT for large enterprise programs, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to meet UAT scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria
• Oversee UAT execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution, escalating risks as necessary

Required qualifications:

• 6-12 years of experience in retail technology initiatives with demonstrated UAT leadership
• Proven experience leading UAT across complex enterprise integrations (eCommerce, OMS, Financial, WMS)
• Strong background in coordinating UAT activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
• Proficient with test and defect management tools such as HP ALM and Jira
