UAT Test Lead

Job Summary

Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, the remote UAT Test Lead will coordinate planning, execution, and status reporting for large enterprise programs while ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective collaboration with business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead UAT activities, including planning, execution, and reporting for enterprise programs
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure UAT scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria are met
• Oversee defect tracking and issue resolution, escalating risks and blockers as necessary

Required qualifications:

• 6-12 years of experience in retail technology initiatives with demonstrated UAT leadership
• Proven experience leading UAT across complex enterprise integrations such as eCommerce and OMS
• Strong background in coordinating UAT activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
• Proficient with test and defect management tools such as HP ALM and Jira
