UAT Tester

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented UAT Tester on a contract basis, the remote position will manage comprehensive User Acceptance Testing for multi-channel Healthcare Cost Estimation platforms while leading gap analysis and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing across various cost estimation channels, including internal staff workflows and consumer-facing tools
• Create and maintain test cases, document testing evidence, and manage defect tracking and resolution
• Conduct regulatory gap analysis and collaborate with IT teams to implement the Drug Pricing Tool on the core platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or UAT Lead in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of patient financial services and healthcare billing/estimation regulations
• Proven experience with large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and consumer-facing portals
• Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
