UCaaS/CCaaS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Channel Partner Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical consulting and design technical solution configurations based on client needs
• Develop and expand business opportunities by collaborating with Account Managers and identifying XaaS solution opportunities
• Ensure professional development by maintaining knowledge of XaaS solutions and achieving relevant certifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience (6-8 years)
• Advanced working knowledge of XaaS partner specific technology and related product solutions
• Proven experience in technology/software partner and indirect channel management
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multiple projects
• Certifications in UCaaS/CCaaS, Connectivity, Colocation, Security, SDWAN & SASE are required
