UCaaS Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - SwitchVox/UCaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UCaaS and SwitchVox solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and features

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related product management experience, preferably in UCaaS or telecommunications
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, particularly VoIP and unified communications
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies
