UDAAP Compliance Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Reviewer focused on marketing compliance for consumer financial materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed compliance reviews of consumer financial marketing materials, including digital campaigns and social assets
• Review and provide feedback directly within Figma and other marketing workflow tools
• Ensure all advertising content complies with UDAAP and TILA requirements and maintain documentation of reviews

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience reviewing consumer financial marketing materials for UDAAP and TILA compliance
• Strong understanding of consumer financial advertising regulations and disclosure standards
• Hands-on experience using Figma to review and comment on marketing materials is strongly preferred
• Exceptional ability to assess regulatory risk in promotional content
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
