UGC Content Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the UGC Content Manager will review creator-submitted videos to ensure they align with brand guidelines and accurately recreate assigned samples while maintaining a fast and efficient approval process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve or deny videos submitted by creators, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
• Maintain up-to-date approval statuses and flag recurring issues across submissions
• Communicate with the team regarding strategy, submission statuses, and any questions that arise

Required qualifications

• Solid understanding of social media and short-form content, particularly TikTok
• Professional experience demonstrating reliability and organization
• Sharp attention to detail and consistent judgment in video evaluation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
• Bonus: Located in the LA area
