UHNW Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership and advanced portfolio accounting expertise, the full-time UHNW Operations Consultant will support complex ultra high net worth client relationships by designing and executing customized performance reporting solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with UHNW Relationship Managers and Financial Advisors to address bespoke client needs and deliver high-touch internal support
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable performance reporting frameworks, creating customized reports for multi-entity households and alternative investments
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of alternative investments and manually maintained accounts, troubleshooting valuation and reporting issues across complex client structures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 8 years in financial services operations, investment reporting, or UHNW client service
• At least 3 years of direct experience with UHNW, family office, or complex multi-entity client relationships
• Strong experience with portfolio accounting and performance reporting systems, such as Addepar and Orion Advisor Technology
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to resolve complex performance discrepancies involving alternative investments
