Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI Design Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize digital products based on user needs, business goals, and market insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
Rapidly iterate on designs, ensuring alignment with established design systems and refining color palettes, visuals, icons, and photography

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in UX or Digital Design
Proficiency in UX tools, digital prototyping, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with Lean Kanban or Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience with consumer-facing products, CPG preferred
