UI Designer

Job Summary

To support the newly established UX team, the full-time remote UI Designer will design intuitive interfaces for the Certent Equity Management platform, collaborating with UX researchers and product managers to translate complex equity compensation workflows into user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for various features across the CEM platform
• Partner with the UX Manager to create and maintain a unified design system and component library
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver detailed design specifications and ensure design fidelity during implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio in data-intensive enterprise applications
• 2+ years of experience designing for financial services or regulated B2B SaaS platforms
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design system management and prototyping
• Strong understanding of equity compensation concepts and interaction design principles for enterprise applications
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
