UI Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced UI Engineering Manager, this full-time remote position will lead a team of user interface engineers, driving the vision and execution of the Dragos Platform User Interface while fostering growth and collaboration across product teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to a team of UI engineers, promoting professional development
• Champion the vision and execution of the user interface across various product teams
• Establish and drive best practices, coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record in leading effective teams
• Prior experience as a UI engineer with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and libraries like React and Redux
• Experience using Figma and building scalable design systems
• Management experience in Agile environments and working within product teams
• Cybersecurity experience is preferred, with knowledge of threat detection and ICS/OT security being a plus
