Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end UI vision for mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms
• Establish and maintain a scalable mobile design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency
• Mentor and lead product and UI designers to enhance craft, visual quality, and systems thinking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing high-quality mobile applications with a strong portfolio
• Deep expertise in native mobile patterns and design guidelines
• Proven experience with comprehensive design systems and governance models
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility principles and inclusive UI design
