Job Summary
Passionate about user-centered design, the full-time UI/UX Design Analyst will work remotely to lead design sprints, conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and ensure digital experiences meet user needs and accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct design sprints, user research, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Provide expertise in UI/UX design for web-based and client-server applications, focusing on creating intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Conduct prototype testing and evaluation, iterating designs based on user feedback to enhance functionality and user experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research, preferably in the government sector
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust clearance
