Job Summary
A company is looking for a UI/UX Design Manager or Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to develop UI mocks for new features
- Audit existing features and create design iterations based on stakeholder feedback
- Lead acceptance meetings with UI engineers and iterate designs based on feasibility assessments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent
- 8+ years of UI design experience, primarily in enterprise software
- Proficient in using Figma for prototyping and collaboration
