UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and support of the IRIS 2.0 modernization project
• Design new workflows, wireframe and prototype ideas, and conduct usability research
• Provide guidance on user experience issues and create usable UI components using a material design library

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a lead designer in a development project focused on technology modernization
• 4 years of experience creating wireframes/prototypes and iterating with stakeholders
• 4 years of experience creating personas and testing designs against them
• 4 years of knowledge in modern code implementations and US web design standards
• Experience working within Agile principles and processes is a plus
