UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full schedule of design tasks and oversee resource allocation
• Act as a liaison between design and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on timelines and dependencies
• Lead design-specific ceremonies and support UX research and usability testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital project or program management, with at least 3 years in UX/UI or product design
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Zero Height
• Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing complex digital design projects from initiation to delivery
• Understanding of the UX and UI design lifecycle, including research and design systems
