Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Own design from discovery to delivery, including problem framing, flow mapping, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
Design intuitive and efficient B2B workflows for enterprise users
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure design integration throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Proven product design experience for B2B SaaS web applications, supported by a relevant portfolio
Advanced skills in Figma and experience with design systems and reusable patterns
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including information architecture and interaction design
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and discuss design constraints and tradeoffs
High ownership in small teams, capable of driving projects from ambiguity to successful outcomes
