Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Renewal Managers, focusing on complex workflows
• Collaborate with teams to understand pain points and conduct user research
• Create data visualization patterns and design systems for effective renewal documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record in designing complex, data-driven applications
• Experience with design systems and scalable design patterns
• Portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking and end-to-end workflow design
• Familiarity with Salesforce solutions such as Tableau and Canvas
