Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and monitor user experience by defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Conduct usability studies and research to create user personas and journey maps

Required Qualifications

• Experience with scalable and extensible design systems and responsive web pages
• Solid background in graphic design, specifically in brand and visual system design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Ability to design according to business and technical requirements
• Proven capability to focus on broader project objectives rather than fixed deliverables
