UI UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to enhance customer interactions through design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice of the customer (VoC) research to inform interface and graphic designs
• Create wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with teams to ensure designs meet accessibility standards and maintain branding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or design-related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in user experience research and design
• Design portfolio showcasing interface design experience
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Knowledge of web design technologies (HTML, CSS) and accessibility design is a plus
