UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Scrum Teams to create wireframes and mockups for new features throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with Development to ensure adherence to design standards and convert wireframes to responsive UI using HTML and CSS
• Monitor system changes and user workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
• Proficient in human-centered design principles and creating wireframes and mockups
• Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines
• Demonstrated knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with frontend languages like Javascript
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Figma
