UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote human-centered methodologies across the organization and support cross-functional product teams
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while collaborating with the UX Research team
• Present designs to stakeholders and contribute to the design system by establishing UX standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing design work in web and mobile solutions
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product development or user experience design
• Knowledge of software usability principles and current interface design trends
• Experience with UX wireframe, visual design, and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Axure)
