UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer - Developer Experience and Internal Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance developer-facing experiences for internal platforms, including developer portals and dashboards
• Conduct UX research focused on internal technologists and engineering personas, translating technical requirements into UI/UX solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to validate designs and iterate based on feedback and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or internal product environments
• Demonstrated experience designing for technical audiences, such as developers and IT teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving and platform design
• Proficiency with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with internal developer tools, dashboard design, and enterprise applications
