UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer III who is passionate about leading a user-centered approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote human-centered design methodologies and solve complex design problems across multiple initiatives
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with UX Research partners
• Present design solutions and advocate for a pattern-based system design approach

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing UX design work across web and mobile platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product development or user experience design
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and current UX/UI trends
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure)
