UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery to delivery, including problem framing, flow mapping, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
• Design intuitive B2B workflows for enterprise users and enhance interaction design for whiteboards/canvases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams while using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Proven product design experience for B2B SaaS web apps with a portfolio showcasing decision-making and outcomes
• Advanced skills in Figma and experience with design systems and reusable patterns
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals including information architecture and interaction design
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and navigate constraints and tradeoffs effectively
• High ownership and capability to drive projects from ambiguity to successful outcomes in small teams
