UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

UI/UX Designer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading user experience projects, advocating for customers in product development, and creating effective user experiences through research and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user experience projects of medium to large size and complexity
• Create and modify prototypes to support software application development
• Provide UX training and mentoring to other staff while advocating for usability standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in user experience design and usability processes
• Ability to interpret customer and user research findings
• Proficiency in developing user profiles and analyzing technical problems
• Experience in mentoring and training UX staff
• Strong understanding of product and platform development practices
