UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning user experience and interface design for a complex multi-audience platform, the remote UI/UX Designer will create and refine prototypes, build a product design system, and collaborate closely with engineers in an AI-assisted development environment, with flexible commitment options available.

Key responsibilities

• Design product UI/UX end-to-end, from concept through wireframes to developer-ready specifications
• Build and document a reusable product design system in Figma to ensure scalability and on-brand development
• Prototype and ship alongside engineers, defining design tokens and patterns for AI-generated outputs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong interaction design
• Proficiency in Figma with a focus on organized component libraries and reusable patterns
• Hands-on experience creating high-quality, developer-ready design artifacts
• Ability to work within an established brand system and communicate design intent to engineers
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow and familiarity with high-growth startup environments
