UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer to work in a hybrid capacity in Ashburn, VA, who will design user-centered digital experiences for both legacy and modernized systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as an Agile Scrum team member delivering UI/UX design solutions in iterative sprint cycles
• Conceptualize and design user-centered interfaces for custom software applications across legacy and modernized systems
• Lead the development of a consistent look-and-feel and standardized user experience across multiple applications

Required qualifications:

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in UI/UX design or related roles
• Proficiency with enterprise design tools such as Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
