UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To design intuitive user-centered experiences for complex software applications, the remote Designer UI/UX will conduct user research, create design artifacts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research activities including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and feedback collection
• Create design artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements within an Agile development process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related discipline
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of interaction design and visual design principles
• Experience collaborating with software development teams in Agile environments
