UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time UI/UX Designer will gather user requirements, create design deliverables, and troubleshoot UX problems while collaborating with product managers and development teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the office.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements to generate business ROI in collaboration with product managers and development teams
• Create UI/UX design deliverables such as user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes while designing graphic user interface elements
• Conduct usability tests and analyze results to make layout adjustments based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing professional UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
• Working knowledge of design tools and technologies such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and HTML/CSS
• Ability to envision the final product and lead the development team with informed UX design decisions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
