UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract UI/UX Designer will establish design strategies for digital products, manage multiple product workstreams, and create user-centered design assets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement overall design strategy for digital products and websites
• Lead UX design activities from inception to delivery, managing multiple product workstreams simultaneously
• Create UX and design assets including process flows, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design strategy

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong foundation in information architecture and interaction design
• Experience in user research and human factors, including usability testing and task analysis
• Genuine interest in healthcare or medical technology with a focus on improving user experiences
