UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in ecommerce and transactional product design, specifically focused on checkout and payment experiences across web and mobile platforms, to work remotely for a client in Redmond, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize user experiences for checkout and payment flows to enhance conversion and usability
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centered digital products while adhering to design systems and accessibility standards
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proven track record of designing ecommerce and transactional UX solutions
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and experience creating accessible and inclusive user interfaces
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fluent UI and exposure to React or Angular component-based design
