UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer with strong ecommerce and transactional product design experience, particularly in checkout and payment processes for web and mobile platforms, to work remotely for a client in Redmond, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize user experiences for ecommerce checkout and payment flows, focusing on conversion and usability
• Develop and maintain design systems and frameworks, ensuring accessibility compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct user research and validation through usability testing and A/B testing to inform data-driven design decisions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proven experience in designing user-centered digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design tools like Miro or Adobe Suite
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and experience in creating accessible and inclusive UI
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fluent UI and exposure to component-based design using React or Angular
