UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design process from research to implementation, the full-time UI/UX Designer will create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Chicago.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards for consistency across products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including user research and usability testing
