UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the user experience, the full-time remote UI/UX Designer will create intuitive design solutions by translating business requirements into high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Contribute to and maintain the global design system to ensure visual and functional standards
• Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings for design improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in using and expanding established component libraries
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests to validate design assumptions
• Skill in creating interactive mockups that accurately simulate the user experience
