UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end design process, the full-time UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
- Create high-fidelity designs and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and visual design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Experience with UX methodologies including user research, wireframing, and usability testing
