UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote UI/UX Designer, the successful candidate will lead the design process from concept to implementation, creating user-centric interfaces and managing design systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital experiences
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma for visual and functional consistency
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user interfaces
- Knowledge of UX fundamentals, including information architecture and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
