Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for a high-quality user experience
Collaborate with design teams to develop tools for rapid prototyping and testing of key design features
Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure aesthetically pleasing and accessible user experiences

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of frontend development experience focused on React.js
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Experience working at a fast-growing SaaS startup
Experience with A/B testing
Familiarity with backend languages such as Rust or Go
