UI/UX Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming concepts into user flows and prototypes, the remote UI/UX Engineer will create intuitive user experiences, facilitate digital product development, and advocate for user-centric design solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experiences
• Facilitate digital product development through research, ideation, and user testing
• Identify design problems and present user-centric solutions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least eight years of experience as a UX designer on product teams
• Proficiency in UX/UI prototyping tools, preferably Figma
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards, with Section 508 experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
