UI/UX Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design system and user experience execution across the platform, the full-time remote UI/UX Manager will ensure consistent application of design standards, interaction patterns, and accessibility requirements while translating experience strategy into scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and document the design system, ensuring its active use across all products and reducing UX fragmentation
• Translate platform experience strategy into UX standards and approve designs to align with platform requirements
• Lead usability testing and advocate for user-centered design, incorporating insights into design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on design systems
• Proven experience in leading or managing design teams
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and accessibility standards
• Experience with Figma or equivalent design tools
• Operational mindset with the ability to implement scalable design workflows
