UI/UX Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design function for AI capabilities across clinical and patient experiences, the full-time UI/UX Product Designer will create intuitive interfaces and workflows that enhance usability and reduce cognitive load for clinicians and patients, working in a hybrid environment in South Jordan, UT.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the design owner for AI-assisted charting surfaces and specialty-specific workflows, ensuring real-world practice patterns are reflected in designs
• Design end-to-end patient-facing journeys, including digital intake forms and automated communications, while ensuring accessibility and mobile optimization
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the design process and maintain scalable design system components for both clinical and patient-facing surfaces

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software, with recent hands-on AI feature design work
• Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and understanding HIPAA-constrained data handling
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design system tooling
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces and define problems effectively
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate design rationale to various stakeholders
