UI/UX Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Strategist (Web / Ecomm) to support a creative agency team in enhancing web and ecommerce user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive UI/UX evaluations for ecommerce and web platforms, identifying usability issues and improvement opportunities
• Convert strategic insights into wireframes, user flows, and page recommendations that are ready for implementation
• Develop client-facing presentations to communicate user journeys, rationale, and prioritized recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX strategy, architecture, or experience design within web and ecommerce environments
• Strong background conducting UX audits, heuristic reviews, journey analysis, and developing strategic recommendations
• Ability to craft wireframes, flows, and structured UX documentation from high-level strategies
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience creating and defending rationale-driven decks
• Effective collaborator with stakeholders across strategy, design, and development who can work independently
