Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead QA Automation (UiPath) - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of UiPath-based automation workflows and provide strategic QA consulting
Own the overall QA strategy, ensuring quality governance and defining best practices for testing
Design and scale test automation frameworks while collaborating with clients and mentoring QA engineers

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
3+ years in a leadership role, with proven experience in creating test automation frameworks from scratch
Hands-on experience with UiPath and other automation tools for UI and API testing
Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
