UiPath Developer

Job Summary

To support U.S. Coast Guard digital transformation initiatives, the full-time remote UiPath Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective automation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations and workflows
• Support automation pilots and production-ready RPA solutions, translating requirements into technical designs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive automation documentation and participate in backlog grooming and release planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development, workflow automation, RPA, or systems integration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions using UiPath
• Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and developing RPA solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience integrating automation solutions with applications, databases, and APIs
