UiPath Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA and intelligent automation initiatives, the full-time UiPath Project Manager will work remotely to bridge clinical and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and delivering measurable outcomes for client health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full automation project lifecycle, including intake, design, build, and deployment across multiple workstreams
• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical and business process owners, facilitating workshops and solution-design sessions
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and managing change requests and project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 2 years leading UiPath or equivalent RPA implementations
• Proven track record of delivering automation projects in healthcare environments
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare IT systems with experience in EHR platforms like Epic or Cerner
• Proficiency in PM methodologies such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe
