UK Chartered Financial Controller

Job Summary

To oversee international accounting results, the full-time remote International Group Financial Controller will manage financial statement preparation, ensure statutory compliance, and lead a team while adapting to dynamic environments and time zone differences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements and collaborate with FP&A to explain trends and variances
• Ensure timely statutory compliance, including annual audits and accurate VAT, GST, and payroll tax filings
• Lead the Accounting team, improve close processes, and implement technology upgrades to enhance efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant preferred
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 15+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years managing a team of 15+ employees
• Experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm
• Experience in a multinational tech or healthcare company is a plus
